Calvary's cross country teams swept the Byrd Invitational meet Saturday taking both boys' and girls' championships. The Lady Cavaliers defeated Byrd, Parkway and Lakeside to take the title in their division in the hot, humid meet which was run at the Stoner Boat Baunch on Red River. Kelsey Wildes had the best time for the girls' team, with Ashlen Grantham, Nicole Kosin, Avery Watson, Lindsey Kosin, Kaila Wildes and Kaitlyn Ware all scoring points for Calvary. In the boys' division, Calvary bested Benton, Byrd, Lakeside, Loyola, Airline and Parkway to take first place. John Broughton was the top finisher for the Cavaliers followed by Landon Roach, Dakota Rothell, Eric Austin, Josh Hudson Jason Sibert and Austin Grantham.
