It was another good day at the ball park for the Lady Cavs as they defeated the Loyola Lady Flyers 7-3 Tuesday. Junior Jordan Ward threw a five hitter for the victory walking two and striking out three. The Lady Cavs gathered eight hits with junior Heather Stapleton going 2-for-2 with a pair of doubles and sophomore Courtney Cook going 2-for-2 as well. Freshman Paige Gipson, senior Brittany Lafitte, sophomore Kelsey Cook and junior Andrea Agee also hit safely. |
